H\u00e4hnchen mit etwas St\u00e4rke verkneten und ruhen lassen. Knoblauch und Ingwer fein hacken, Zwiebel in Halbringe schneiden.<\/p>\n<p>Das Butterschmalz in einem Schmortopf zerlassen. Zun\u00e4chst die H\u00e4hnchenst\u00fccke scharf anbraten, herausnehmen und beiseite stellen. Nun Zwiebeln, Ingwer, Knoblauch und die Gew\u00fcrze glasig d\u00fcnsten. Das Gem\u00fcse zugeben (M\u00f6hre, Porree, Brokkoli, Paprika, Zucchini) und unter R\u00fchren d\u00fcnsten. Die H\u00e4hnchenst\u00fccke wieder zugeben, mit Kokosmilch und Orangensaft aufgie\u00dfen.
