Ein ideales Reste- und Solomittagessen.<\/p>\n<p><u>Zutaten f\u00fcr 1 Portion:<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 St\u00fcck Skrei (oder anderen wei\u00dfen festfleischigen Fisch), ca. 150 g<\/li>\n<li>2 (bunte) M\u00f6hren<\/li>\n<li>1 kleine Zwiebel<\/li>\n<li>1 Staudensellerie<\/li>\n<li>1 kleine Kartoffel<\/li>\n<li>Rest vom Fond des Vispannetje<\/li>\n<li>Salz, Pfeffer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Zubereitung:<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Kartoffeln sch\u00e4len, in kleine W\u00fcrfel schneiden; M\u00f6hren sch\u00e4len, stifteln; Staudensellerie in d\u00fcnne Scheiben schneiden; Zwiebel in feine Streifen schneiden.<\/p>\n<p>Das Gem\u00fcse in den Fond geben, den Fisch obenauf legen und gar d\u00fcnsten.
