In etwas <strong>Butterschmalz oder Pflanzen\u00f6l<\/strong> anschwitzen. <strong>1 M\u00f6hre<\/strong> w\u00fcrfeln und zugeben. Danach <strong>100 g Kaiserschoten<\/strong> und das in Streifen geschnittene Wei\u00dfe von <strong>1 Pak Choi <\/strong>zuf\u00fcgen.\u00a0Mit ca. <strong>100 ml Sahne<\/strong> (oder Kokosmilch) aufgie\u00dfen und kr\u00e4ftig mit <strong>Salz<\/strong>, <strong>Pfeffer<\/strong> und <strong>Curry<\/strong> abschmecken und leicht k\u00f6cheln lassen, bis das Gem\u00fcse gar, aber noch knackig ist.
