Da gab es bei uns ein <a href=\"https:\/\/brittas-kochbuch.info\/?p=16245\">Rindfleisch Bulgogi<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><u>Hier sind die Zutaten f\u00fcr diese Marinade:<\/u><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ingredients-list\">\n<li>100 ml Sojasauce<\/li>\n<li>1 EL hellbrauner Zucker<\/li>\n<li>2 TL Sesam\u00f6l, ger\u00f6stet<\/li>\n<li>2 Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln (in Ringe geschnitten)<\/li>\n<li>2 Knoblauchzehen (fein gehackt)<\/li>\n<li>1 St\u00fcck Ingwer (fein gehackt)<\/li>\n<li>1 EL Sesamsaat (in der trockenen Pfanne ger\u00f6stet)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Alles wird in einer Sch\u00fcssel gemischt und darin dann die gew\u00fcnschte Zutat mindestens 10 Minuten \u00a0&#8211; je l\u00e4nger desto besser &#8211; marinieren lassen.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>F\u00fcr uns ist das wirklich die ultimative asiatische (eigentlich koreanische) Sauce.
