So gab es z. B. ein Graupenrisotto mit Blue Stiltun statt Parmesan und geschmortem Radicchio dazu. Ich mag ja die Bitternoten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zutaten f\u00fcr 1 Portion:<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1\/2 Tasse Graupen<\/li><li>2 Tassen Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche<\/li><li>50 g Blue Stilton<\/li><li>1 kleine Zwiebel<\/li><li>Salz, Pfeffer<\/li><li>1 TL Pflanzen\u00f6l<\/li><li>1 kleiner Radicchio<\/li><li>1 EL Ahornsirup <\/li><li>2 El Aceto Balsamico<\/li><li>Salz, Pfeffer<\/li><li>1 TL Oliven\u00f6l zum Braten<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zubereitung:<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Zwiebel fein hacken, in etwas Pflanzen\u00f6l anschwitzen. Graupen zugeben, nach und nach mit Br\u00fche aufgie\u00dfen, bis die Graupen gar sind. Den Stilton einr\u00fchren. Mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In der Zwischenzeit den Radiccio putzen und in Streifen schneiden.
