Das gilt nat\u00fcrlich erst recht in Zeiten von Corona und Ausgehbeschr\u00e4nkung. Merkw\u00fcrdigerweise sind, seit der G\u00f6Ga im HomeOffice ist, immer Mengen an Champignons im Haus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Also gab es mal wieder Risotto mit gebratenen Champignons. Was nicht im Vorrat war, war Parmesan, AAAABER ich hatte einen Wiesenkr\u00e4uterk\u00e4se, der toll zu den Champignons gepasst hat. Noch ein paar gebratene Schinkenchips oben drauf und lecker!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zutaten f\u00fcr 2 Portionen:<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>4 Scheiben luftgetrockneten Bio-Schinken, z. B. von \u00d6koland<\/li><li>150 g Arborioreis<\/li><li>100 ml Wei\u00dfwein<\/li><li>1 l k\u00f6chelnde Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche<\/li><li>200 g Bio-Wiesenkr\u00e4uterk\u00e4se<\/li><li>6 &#8211; 8 Champignons, je nach Gr\u00f6\u00dfe<\/li><li>1 kleine Schalotte<\/li><li>1 kleine Knoblauchzehe<\/li><li>1 EL fein gehackte Petersilie (bei mir TK)<\/li><li>Salz<\/li><li>Pfeffer<\/li><li>etwas Limettensaft<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zubereitung:<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>Zuerst in einer trockenen mittelhei\u00dfen Pfanne die Fettstreifen des Schinkens ausbraten, dann den gezupften Schinken darin knusprig braten. Auf K\u00fcchenpapier entfetten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In derselben Pfanne die in Scheiben geschnittenen Champignons braten und zur Seite stellen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Im <a href=\"https:\/\/www.diepfanne.com\/sortiment\/168\/edition-2-der-wok-aus-aluguss\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Wok (\u00f6ffnet in neuem Tab)\">Wok<\/a> von <a href=\"https:\/\/www.diepfanne.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"d.die Pfanne (\u00f6ffnet in neuem Tab)\">d.die Pfanne<\/a> den <a href=\"https:\/\/brittas-kochbuch.info\/?p=1975\">Risotto<\/a> zubereiten. Den fein geriebenen Wiesenkr\u00e4uterk\u00e4se unterr\u00fchren, abschmecken und auf tiefe Teller sch\u00f6pfen.
