{"id":1849,"date":"2015-05-10T12:20:36","date_gmt":"2015-05-10T10:20:36","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/brittas-kochbuch.info\/?p=1849"},"modified":"2015-05-14T12:19:52","modified_gmt":"2015-05-14T10:19:52","slug":"nudelsalat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/brittas-kochbuch.info\/?p=1849","title":{"rendered":"Nudelsalat"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ein Rezept f\u00fcr Nudelsalat kann man immer gebrauchen&#8230; Einer meiner Nudelsalate geht so:<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">F\u00fcr 2 Portionen:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>300 g H\u00f6rnchennudeln oder \u00e4hnliche Nudeln<\/li>\n<li>2 hartgekochte Eier<\/li>\n<li>1 kleines Glas Cornichons<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 vegetarische Schinkenwurst<\/li>\n<li>100 g TK-Erbsen<\/li>\n<li>1 Rezept <a href=\"https:\/\/brittas-kochbuch.info\/?p=1763\">Blitzmayonnaise<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Salz, Pfeffer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Zubereitung:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Die Nudeln in reichlich kochendem Salzwasser gar kochen, absch\u00fctten und kalt abschrecken, weiter ausk\u00fchlen lassen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Mayonnaise mit etwas von dem Gurkenwasser glattr\u00fchren, mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.<\/p>\n<p>Die Eier achteln, die Wurst und die Cornichons w\u00fcrfeln bzw. in Scheiben schneiden.
