{"id":2286,"date":"2015-08-20T18:34:54","date_gmt":"2015-08-20T16:34:54","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/brittas-kochbuch.info\/?p=2286"},"modified":"2015-11-21T12:59:17","modified_gmt":"2015-11-21T11:59:17","slug":"gefuellte-paprikaschote-mit-reis","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/brittas-kochbuch.info\/?p=2286","title":{"rendered":"Gef\u00fcllte Paprikaschote mit Reis"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In dieser Paprikaschote ist im Prinzip die <a href=\"https:\/\/brittas-kochbuch.info\/?p=1966\">gleiche F\u00fcllung<\/a>, die ich auch so gerne in den Ochsenherztomaten esse:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>gew\u00fcrfelte Mozzarella (2 passend gro\u00dfe Scheiben &#8211; aus der Mitte &#8211; zum \u00dcberbacken zur\u00fcck behalten)<\/li>\n<li>Zucchiniw\u00fcrfel<\/li>\n<li>Lauchzwiebelr\u00f6llchen<\/li>\n<li>Tomatenw\u00fcrfel<\/li>\n<li>Kapern<\/li>\n<li>eingelegter gr\u00fcner Pfeffer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>zus\u00e4tzlich:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>schwarze Oliven, Knoblauchzehen<\/li>\n<li>Oliven\u00f6l<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Zubereitung:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Die Paprikaschoten halbieren, in eine leicht ge\u00f6lte Auflaufform setzen, f\u00fcllen und jeweils eine Mozzarellascheibe oben auf legen.
