{"id":26990,"date":"2023-06-04T12:32:05","date_gmt":"2023-06-04T10:32:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/brittas-kochbuch.info\/?p=26990"},"modified":"2023-06-04T12:32:11","modified_gmt":"2023-06-04T10:32:11","slug":"coleslaw","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/brittas-kochbuch.info\/?p=26990","title":{"rendered":"Coleslaw"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-drop-cap\">F\u00fcr ein <a href=\"https:\/\/brittas-kochbuch.info\/?p=26986\">Sandwich<\/a> brauchte ich Coleslaw und so habe ich ihn zubereitet:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zutaten f\u00fcr 2 Portionen:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>50 g rote Zwiebel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 g M\u00f6hren<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ca. 125 g Spitzkohl<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salz<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1,5 EL Mayonnaise<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2,5 EL Joghurt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Prise scharfes Currypulver<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zubereitung:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Zwiebel fein w\u00fcrfeln, in ein Sieb geben, mit kochendem Wasser \u00fcberbr\u00fchen und abtropfen lassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00f6hren putzen, sch\u00e4len und grob raspeln.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Spitzkohl mit einem gro\u00dfen Kochmesser in feine Streifen schneiden oder mit dem Gem\u00fcsehobel hobeln. In einer Sch\u00fcssel mit Salz mischen und mit den H\u00e4nden ca. 2 Minuten kneten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00f6hren und Zwiebeln sowie Mayonnaise, Joghurt und Curry zugeben und gut vermischen.
