Innen fluffig und buttrig, au\u00dfen knusprig, zergehen sie fast im Mund.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">So geht&#8217;s:<\/span>\u00a0Backofen auf 200 \u00b0C Umluft vorheizen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>100 g Butter<\/strong>\u00a0mit\u00a0<strong>60 g Zucker<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>1 P\u00e4ckchen Vanillezucker<\/strong>\u00a0(<em>ich:<\/em>\u00a0<strong>1 EL Vanillezucker<\/strong>) und\u00a0<strong>2 Eiern<\/strong>\u00a0gut verr\u00fchren.\u00a0<strong>250 g Mehl<\/strong>\u00a0und\u00a0<strong>2 TL<\/strong>\u00a0Backpulver zugeben.\u00a0<strong>2 kleingeschnittene \u00c4pfel<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>1 Handvoll Rosinen<\/strong>, ca.\u00a0<strong>50 g gehackte Mandeln<\/strong>\u00a0(<em>ich:<\/em>\u00a0<strong>Mandelbl\u00e4ttchen<\/strong>, <a href=\"https:\/\/brittas-kochbuch.info\/?p=2641\">Rest vom Hirschschnitzel<\/a>) und\u00a0<strong>1 Fl\u00e4schchen Rumaroma<\/strong>\u00a0(<em>ich:<\/em>\u00a0<strong>1 EL Pottrum<\/strong>) zum Schluss unter den Teig heben.<\/p>\n<p>Auf ein mit Backpapier ausgelegtes Blech kleine H\u00e4ufchen setzen und 10 &#8211; 12 Minuten (<em>ich:<\/em>\u00a015 Minuten) backen.
