nach einem TV-Beitrag \u00fcber das <a href=\"https:\/\/www.accademiaitalianadellacucina.it\/it\/ricette\/ricetta\/rag%C3%B9-classico-bolognese\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Rag\u00f9 Classico Bolognese<\/a> der <a href=\"https:\/\/www.accademiaitalianadellacucina.it\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.accademiaitalianadellacucina.it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Accademia italiana della cucina<\/a> musste ich mich im Selbstversuch eines besseren belehren lassen.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure 225w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 416px) 100vw, 416px\" \/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p>Ich hatte dieses Mal Pancetta genommen, au\u00dferdem nur Hackfleisch, Tomatenmark, <a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Soffritto\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Sofritto<\/a>, Rotwein, passierte Tomaten und etwas Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche und dann wurde das Ganze 4 Stunden geschmurgelt und vor dem Essen abends noch einmal aufgew\u00e4rmt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unvergleichlich!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zutaten f\u00fcr ca. 6 Portionen:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>400 g Rinderhackfleisch<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 g Pancetta<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ca. 60 g Zwiebel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ca. 60 g M\u00f6hre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ca. 60 g Staudensellerie<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>40 g Tomatenmark<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Glas (ca. 200 ml) Rotwein<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 g Tomatenpassata<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche zum Aufgie\u00dfen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6 EL Oliven\u00f6l<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salz und Pfeffer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p>Nun das Hackfleisch in den Topf geben und bei hoher Temperatur unter R\u00fchren anbraten. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wein zugeben und einkochen lassen.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Tomatenmark und Passata unterr\u00fchren. Auf kleiner Temperatur 3 &#8211; 4 Stunden k\u00f6cheln lassen. Zum Schluss mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken und zu Tagliatelle servieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wir sind zwei Mal gut satt geworden.
