Wir sollten lernen, eine <a href=\"https:\/\/brittas-kochbuch.info\/?p=3673\">helle Mehlschwitze (B\u00e9chamel)<\/a> herzustellen und dazu gab&#8217;s dann eben einfach Ei und Kartoffeln.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Zutaten f\u00fcr die Senfsauce:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1\/2 <a href=\"https:\/\/brittas-kochbuch.info\/?p=3673\">Grundrezept B\u00e9chamelsauce<\/a><\/li>\n<li>2 TL Senfk\u00f6rner<\/li>\n<li>1 EL Dijonsenf<\/li>\n<li>50 ml Wei\u00dfwein<\/li>\n<li>ca. 200 ml Wasser<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Zubereitung:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Die Butter im Topf schmelzen, die Senfk\u00f6rner dazu geben und etwas anschwitzen, dann das Mehl zugeben und laut <a href=\"https:\/\/brittas-kochbuch.info\/?p=3673\">Rezept<\/a> weiter arbeiten. Zum Schluss den Senf unterr\u00fchren.<\/p>\n<p>Eier nicht ganz hart kochen und mit Salzkartoffeln anrichten.
