Was liegt n\u00e4her, als zum Abendessen einen feinen M\u00f6hrensalat zu machen und dazu das morgens gebackene Brot zu genie\u00dfen&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Zutaten f\u00fcr 4 Portionen M\u00f6hrensalat:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>6 M\u00f6hren<\/li>\n<li>2 Handvoll Walnussgerne, grob durchgehackt<\/li>\n<li>1 Apfel<\/li>\n<li>1 EL (Oliven-)\u00d6l<\/li>\n<li>1 EL\u00a0\u00a0Apfelessig<\/li>\n<li>1 EL\u00a0Ahornsirup<\/li>\n<li>Salz<\/li>\n<li>Orangenpfeffer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Zubereitung:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Die M\u00f6hren mit der K\u00fcchenmaschine oder von Hand fein raspeln. Die Walnusskerne grob mit einem Kochmesser durchhacken. Den Apfel grob raspeln.<\/p>\n<p>In einer Sch\u00fcssel vermischen und mit \u00d6l, Apfelessig, Ahornsirup, Salz und Orangenpfeffer abschmecken.
