Ganz ohne Gew\u00fcrze, so dass man hinterher individuell abschmecken kann.<\/p>\n<p>Unfassbar, dass ich aus fast 2,5 Kilo Tomaten insgesamt mal 250 g konzentriertes P\u00fcree bekam.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Die Herstellung funktioniert im Grunde, wie <a href=\"https:\/\/brittas-kochbuch.info\/?p=6200\">hier beschrieben<\/a>, nur dass ich &#8211; wie gesagt &#8211; dieses Mal die reinen Tomaten verarbeitet habe.
