B. Rucola, Feldsalat, Radicchio etc.<\/p>\n<p>Neben den \u00fcblichen Zutaten habe ich hier mit meinem <a href=\"https:\/\/brittas-kochbuch.info\/?p=5636\">selbstgemachtem Himbeersirup<\/a> eine sch\u00f6ne S\u00fc\u00dfe eingebracht.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dcber den fertigen Salat kann man auch mal ger\u00f6stete Kerne oder N\u00fcsse streuen.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Zutaten f\u00fcr 3 &#8211; 4 Portionen:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 EL (Oliven-)\u00d6l<\/li>\n<li>2 TL Himbeersirup, <a href=\"https:\/\/brittas-kochbuch.info\/?p=5636\">m\u00f6glichst selbstgemacht<\/a><\/li>\n<li>1 TL Himbeeressig<\/li>\n<li>Salz<\/li>\n<li>frisch gemahlener Pfeffer<\/li>\n<li>1 kleingehackte Schalotte<\/li>\n<li>2 EL Wasser<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Zubereitung:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Alles in einem Schraubglas gut durchsch\u00fctteln und kurz vor dem Servieren \u00fcber den vorbereiteten Salat geben.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Diese leicht s\u00fc\u00dfliche Salatsauce passt meiner Meinung nach hervorragend zu Salaten mit leicht bitterem Charakter, wie z.
