B. Feldsalat, Radicchio, Chicoree oder Endivie.<\/p>\n<p><u>Zutaten f\u00fcr 2 Portionen:<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 halber Granatapfel, davon Saft und Kerne<\/li>\n<li>1 TL neutrales Pflanzen\u00f6l<\/li>\n<li>1 TL Walnuss- oder K\u00fcrbiskern\u00f6l<\/li>\n<li>1 EL gehackte, ger\u00f6stete Walnusskerne<\/li>\n<li>1 fein gew\u00fcrfelte Schalotte<\/li>\n<li>1 Espressol\u00f6ffel Granatapfelessig<\/li>\n<li>Salz, Pfeffer<\/li>\n<li>evtl. etwas Zucker<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Zubereitung:<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Bis auf Granatapfel- und Walnusskerne alle Zutaten verquirlen.
