Montags drauf verarbeitete ich <strong>1 Fenchelknolle<\/strong>, <strong>1 M\u00f6hre<\/strong> und einen Teil des \u00fcbrig gebliebenen <strong>Reis&#8216;<\/strong> zu einer schnellen Suppe auf Basis des Restes <a href=\"https:\/\/brittas-kochbuch.info\/?p=5861\">H\u00fchnerbr\u00fche<\/a>, die ebenfalls vom Vortag \u00fcbrig geblieben war.<\/p>\n<p>Dazu einfach den Fenchel putzen (das Gr\u00fcn zur Seite legen) und in Streifen schneiden. Die M\u00f6hre in Scheiben schneiden. Beides in wenig <strong>Butter<\/strong> kurz and\u00fcnsten, dann die H\u00fchnerbr\u00fche und den Reis zugeben.\u00a0Das Gem\u00fcse in der Br\u00fche garen.
